We start with an online meeting where we discuss your current business offerings, systems, and processes, including your client and team management.
End result, a detailed written assessment of the platforms you are currently using, offering alternatives (if warranted), and determining which, if any, of your current systems can/should be automated.

Utilizing the results of the Systems Audit, I will work with you/your team to ensure that all the 'puzzle pieces' fit; are operational & functioning correctly. Once things are set to go, I will then create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), to ensure consistency across the team, in the use of the new systems/processes.
